An organization’s private information is kept separate from public regulatory knowledge and from other organizations’ data. Users must have sufficient authorization to upload and process third-party information within Kumplio.

Some functions may use artificial-intelligence providers to process authorized instructions or content. Kumplio seeks to minimize the data sent and apply access controls and human review. An organization’s private information is not used by default to train public models.

We may use infrastructure, authentication, storage, analytics, email and artificial-intelligence providers. Some may process data outside Chile. We select providers according to operational and security needs and seek to establish appropriate contractual conditions.

We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain security and traceability, fulfill contracts and address legal obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data, contractual configuration and backup or audit needs.
